The Springs Are Open June 09

The regs are out and the Chinook fishery on the Fraser opens at daylight on June 16th, 2009 on both the freshwater portion and the saltwater portion. You are allowed 4 fish per day but only 1 fish over 50cm, hatchery or wild. These regulations are in effect until August 31, 2009. It is also looking good for a Sockeye opening this summer as the westcoast of Vancouver Island is already open to retention of sockeye. So come on by and gear up, it looks like it’s going to be a good year
